Don't escape some [[ and {{ characters when converting from XHTML to wiki syntax

There are cases when we don't want them escaped since they wouldn't match wiki syntax.
For example using [[ inside a link label doesn't require escaping
Same for {{ followed by a non valid macro name, etc
