Remove XDOM EscapeBlock and perform escaping in the XWiki Syntax Renderer

Right now the escaping is done in WikiModel in the XHTML parser. This is not correct and it should be done in the XWiki Syntax Renderer as otherwise it ties the XHMTL parser with the XWiki Syntax knowledge.
