Dropping a file inside a webdav space generates weirdly named spaces / pages

When a file is dragged and dropped Inside a webdav space (directories under /pages), some spaces / pages are created automatically. For an example, When I drop a file named test.txt inside a space named Asiri, it will generate another space named Asiri.test and inside that there will be a page named txt. Ideally, users should not be allowed to drop files inside spaces.
