Deleting / Renaming current user's page should be prohibited in webdav interface.

Currently it's possible to rename / delete the current user's page while accessing xwiki via the webdav interface. This would mean any further requests from the webdav client would become invalid. Since this could produce abnormal behaviours at the webdav client, such operations should be prohibited.
