Pages with + sign are unlinkable in Syntax 2.0

    Description

      [["boy" books>>Boy+Books+With+Strong+Female+Characters]] produces an escaped URL of Boy%2BBooks%2BWith%2BStrong%2BFemale%2BCharacters instead of the one with the plus signs in it in Synax 2.0.

      Workarounds are use Syntax 1.0 or use a complete URL instead of a wiki link.
