Changes are lost if an exception is thrown during saving

If an exception is thrown during the conversion from the HTML output of the WYSIWYG editor to the storing syntax then the user looses his changes to the edited page. By going back from the page displaying the exception message the user gets the initial content of the edited page in the WYSIWYG editor. Worse, If the exception is caught then currently the HTML content is saved instead of the storing syntax equivalent.
