Builtin firefox table features (add row, add col) messes up tables in the WYSIWYG

Problems :

• Table headers (th) aren't taken into account
• Added cells contains inline style (vertical align)

Re-implementing those features is unfortunately not an option which means that we'll have to disable them (like it's done in FCK and tinyMce).
