Translated document show the original language title in the <title> tag, instead of the translated one

A document whose original language is english, with the title "Welcome on your wiki", and a translation in french with title "Bienvenue sur votre wiki" will show as HTML title "Welcome to your wiki (Main.WebHome) - XWiki" whatever the display language is.

Note: this does not happen if the document's title is empty, since the HTML title is then retrieved with $doc.displayTitle
