Make DocumentAccessBridget exists(), getURL() and getAttachmentURL() method not throw an exception

Since they shouldn't fail as they shouldn't rely on the storage subsystem for getURL()/getAttachmentURL(). Exists() should return false whenever the document cannot be accessed.
