ImageMacro generates invalid width=" " and height=" "

Writing a macro such as:

generates:
<img src="...img.png" height=" " width="20" alt="img.png"/>
which breaks xhtml compliance. This can be easily fixed by checking if the width or height parameters are whitespace only.
