Description
It would be nice if the user could decide to have a border around an image.
I'd suggest keeping it as simple as possible: "border: 1px solid #000;" should do.
UI: a checkbox in the "Settings" tab of the Insert/Edit Image dialog box in the WYSIWYG
Border: [_]
If the checkbox is ticked a border is displayed around the image, if it's not checked: no border.
Default setting: checkbox not checked.
