Include Macro when running in a new context is badly parsed from generated XHTML

It results in the included content added as the content of the including page.
There must be some problem in the XHTML parser when parsing XHTML that has several nested macro marker comments.
One solution is to ensure that the XHTML renderer only generates one macro marker.

Note that the nested macro marker XHTML comments is probably generated by the fact that when context = new the Macro Transformation is executed again in the include macro.
