When creating a user when a name that already exists, no warning is displayed

    Description

      • XE 1.9 SNAPSOT 17444
      • Go to the administration
      • Click on the "Users" icon
      • Create a new user (say RobertDurand)
      • Try creating that very same user once again
      • Nothing happens, no warning, nothing
      • If 2 people have the same name, the user will have a hard time understanding what's happening

      We should display an error message saying "an user with this username already exists" and suggest appending "2" at the end of the username (or maybe we could do it automatically).
