New rendering link to page that does not exist does not set the parent in edit link

If you create a syntax 2.0 page with the following content

[[New page]]

with the page New page that does not exist, then the ?parent= param is not set in the edit link.
Therefore the parent is not set.

This will generate fewer parents in the wiki and this impact navigation.
