eXo should be an optional component of the code

    Description

      eXo is a special type of platform, not needed by a large segment of the XWiki users. Still, the core code of XWiki uses eXo specific code and tests. There are only a few lines of code that have to be moved to a different location, and integrating the eXo code into the war should be performed by the ant (maven, soon?) build.
