When in an unordered list, the user shouldn't be able to select "Title" from the menu

• XE 1.8 + FF3
• Create a page in syntax 2.0
• Create an unordered list with 4 items
• Select all the content
• Click on "Title 1"
• In the editor, it looks like there are titles next to bullets. It would look like the following (see attached screenshot):

* = Item 1 =
* = Item 2 =
* = Item 3 =
* = Item 4 =

• Upon saving the page, the content is cleaned and empty bullets appear on the page

Either the user should not be allowed to put titles on list items, or they should be preserved when saving the page.
