XWiki.getSkinFile returns non existent directories in specific environments

    Description

      $xwiki.getSkinFile("js/prototype")

      Result on our standalone jetty/hsqldb distribution, the correct path:

      /xwiki/resources/js/prototype

      Result on a tomcat/mysql farm (myxwiki.org), the directory does not exist:

      /xwiki/skins/albatross/js/prototype
