    Description

This has the effect of not giving programming rights to the pages that require them.

I'm attaching a patch that set's the content author and also sets teh update date and content update date.
This will have the effect of seeing imported files in the import.

Note that packages exported with the backupPack option (set in package.xml) will have the author and dates preserved to what is in the package.
We should probably have a warning explaining that:

1/ If it's a backupPack you need to users to match the ones of your wiki and trust the user used in the pack
2/ If it's not a backupPack you need to trust the content of the pages as they will be imported under your name
-> this is potentially a security issue. We should add a "wants programming rights field" and allow the importer to accept for each page that has the field to import it.
