Reset the content of the rich text area using a command instead of setting the inner HTML directly

Some plugins (like the line plugin) have to execute code just after the initial content of the editor has been set (line plugin has to mark the initial BRs). Some actions like macro refresh or tab switch reset the content of the editor. Plugins need to be notified of this reset and handle it as the initial content of the editor has been set.
