    Description

      If a page starts or ends with a table then the user cannot move the caret before/after it. We need special keys to do this:

      • Control+Up or Meta+Up to move the caret in a paragraph before the table.
      • Control+Down or Meta+Down to move the caret in a paragraph after the table.
