Add support for confirmed AJAX requests

There are several actions that should only be performed if the user confirms them, to prevent accidental data loss (such as deleting attachments or objects, deleting versions...). To ensure a more consistent UI and to avoid duplication, we should provide a generic confirmed AJAX request widget.
