Implement an Embedded Container Manager

So that XWiki components can be used outside of XWiki easily without the need for Plexus.
It'll also allows us to simplify our integration tests by allowing using dynamic mock objects (the problem with Plexus is that it doesn't allow injecting instances - only classes that it instantiates itself).
