Add the ability to download the WYSIWYG code on demand

This is useful for in-line editing when the sheet shows the WYSIWYG editor only when the user really wants to start editing. The JavaScript code for the WYSIWYG editor shouldn't be downloaded when the page loads but only when the user explicitly demands it (by clicking a "Edit" button for instance).
