Macros that don't generate content are deleted in FF2

Follow this steps to reproduce:

• edit a new page in Wiki mode
• insert a macro that doesn't generate any output along with some other text, like:

  {{code/}}xwiki
  

• switch to WYSIWYG mode
• place the caret inside the text and type

The macro is deleted after the last step.
