Description

When accessing cross-wiki documents when no document is in the context, right checking fails randomly:

Sometime the user looses his rights
Sometime a nullpointer exception is raised in com.xpn.xwiki.user.impl.xwiki.XWikiRightServiceImpl.hasAdminRights(XWikiRightServiceImpl.java:868)
Sometime it works
Sometime you get rights you don't have

Putting a document in the context makes it work.
