Impossible to get hidden document in searchDocuments methods of the api

    Description

      The hidden documents are always skipped from all request at XWikiHibernateStore level so it's not possible anymore to be able to easily get the list of all documents of a wiki (see XWIKI-3915) or a space to copy/move it for example.

      We should have a "boolean filter" to true by default or something like that.
