The XWiki tree explorer does not show the "Add attachment option"

    Description

      The XWiki tree explorer displayed in the dialog to add a link to an attached file does not display a "add new attachment" option any longer.
      Also, the tree displayed in Main.AllDocs -> Tree cannot be setup to show this option either.
