Wrong redirect after the login/logout actions

The redirect URL is double-encoded in the Login link, so the user is redirected to a different page when the original document contains a query string, like: view/Main/WebSearch?text=home&space=Main becomes Main/WebSearch?text=home&space=Main after logout (notice the &)
