The close X button from the "Insert Table" dialog acts like the "Insert" button after a table has been inserted

Follow this steps to reproduce:

• edit a page in WYSIWYG mode
• choose "Insert table" from the "Table" menu
• click the close X button (the dialog is closed and nothing is inserted, which is good)
• choose again "Insert table" from the "Table" menu
• this time click "Insert" (the dialog is closed and the table is inserted, which is good)
• move the caret outside the table
• choose again "Insert table" from the "Table" menu
• click the close X button (the dialog is closed but the table is inserted, which is wrong)
