Cannot include velocity macros in the 2.0 syntax

It is impossible to define velocity macros in a document and include them in another one. The velocity context is not shared between the two documents anymote. In my opinion, this is a critical regression from the 1.0 syntax, since now it's impossible to create velocode documents.
