Same tag appears more than once

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• create a new page and go to edit mode
• write some text
• click "Save & View"
• click on [+] next to "Tags:" and write "test, test"

Result: You'll notice the word "test" appears twice in the tag list (see attached image). The tag appears once only after you refresh the page.
