Multipage RTF export not readable by OpenOffice 3.0.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import an OpenOffice-document with multiple pages

• The document had 18 pages with several bigger images, a header with a logo and a table of contents
• I used Import with page-split (heading1, heading2) and option to name the xwiki entries according to document name + heading name
  (the import worked find and created a beautiful online user manual)

2. Export the whole thing again from the main page using ?format=rtf&includechilds=3&includelinks=3&attachments=1

=> It creates a document (sometimes, but somtimes it comes up with an exception) but when I try to open the document in OpenOffice 3.0.1 the application crashes.

Also, when exporting the complete document as a PDF the order of the pages gets mixed up? Would it be possible to order the pages according to the order the links appear in the parent document? That would be great.
