xhtml renderer wrong escape reference in the startlink html comment

    Description

      When the reference is 

      refe~|~|rence

      the generated html comment is

      <!--startwikilink:refe~|~|rence-->

      Which is wrong because:

      • it's not needed since the reference is alone and not in the link context
      • the WYSIWYG has no idea what is the syntax and therefor is unable to unescape it
