xwiki.org application classSheet is syntax/1.0 and new pages default to syntax/2.0

When I added a couple of applications, I had to edit them as "wiki" and save them as syntax/1.0 before editing them as "inline" would work. I guess applicationClassSheet needs to be updated to syntax/2.0
