Add a name / id field for macro parameters

    Description

      Right now macros parameters only have a name property, meaning that you need to use CamelCase for long macro properties name. This doesn't look good in the WYSIWYG editor.

      Thus I suggest implementing the same id / name dichotomy for macro parameters than for macros themselves.
