Make HTMLCleaner and HTMLConverter components available directly as GWT-RPC services

Move HTMLCleaner and HTMLConverter interfaces on the client, make them remote services keeping the component role and remove the corresponding methods from WysiwygService interface. This way we use the components directly (well, through a server stub) and not through a facade like WysiwygService.
