    Description

      The reason is to conform to the guidelines:

      • "Do not skip any heading elements in the document hierarchy."
      • "Write both grammatically correct and descriptive markup."

      The pb is in macros.vm, panelheader function (line 1001) which uses H5 to control panel size.
