Go to, Search and Document Index doesn't work with Chines page names

    Description

      In XE, Create a new page with Chinese name.

      Problems:
      1. Press Ctrl + G, input its name, can't find it.
      2. In search box, input its name, can't find it.
      3. Go to DocumentIndex page, it appears as ?????

      2.0.3 doesn't have this problem.
      xwiki-enterprise-jetty-hsqldb-2.1-20091111.133728-212.zip doesn't have this problem.
