MSSQL-Mapping XE 2.0.3

Updating XE from 1.7.1 to 2.0.3 with an MSSQL Database we found, that with the provided Mapping-File (xwiki.mssql.hbm.xml) works but is not full functional e.g. SQL-Error for Search-Tab in new WYSIWYG-Editor.

In our Evaluation we found, that the problem is the use of datatype "text" in mssql (does not allow "select distinct") and that it should be changed to "varchar(max)".

We created a new "xwiki.mssql.hbm.xml" and an update script for existing (upgraded) data bases which we could contribute (but i think i'm not allowed to add files to issues).

Still MSSQL-Support should not be provided if its not tested sufficiently e.g. in the Index xwikiindex and xwikiorphansview still are not working.
