Admin group in created wiki kills admin rights

When creating a new wiki, clicking on "XWikiAdminGroup" under the Administrators section causes the main wiki's XWikiAdminGroup to lose rights. The rights settings are still there, they're just ignored until the local XWikiAdminGroup in the newly created wiki is deleted. Recreating the XWikiAdminGroup in the new wiki after deleting the group does not reproduce the issue.
