xwiki.getURL("Space.Page", "delete") doesn't generate URL like /xwiki/bin/delete/Space/Page

    Description

      In a page, the following code [[delete page>>$xwiki.getURL("Space.Page", "delete")]] doesn't generate URL like /xwiki/bin/delete/Space/Page but /xwiki/bin/edit/Admin/%2Fxwiki%2Fbin%2Fdelete%2FSpace%2FPage?parent=xwiki%3AAdmin.ldap

      This code works perfectly on 2.0.3 and on 2.1.1 version
