radox interwiki link rendering intermap intermap.txt

Description
Links are not rendered with the following code if Radeox does not find the intermap.txt file:
1 Interwiki on a system with no intermap.txt breaks the link renderer * Here is a [NormalLink]. * Here is an [interwiki link@Blah] that breaks the renderer. * Here is a [NormalLink]. Note that none of the links above are rendered correctly. Commenting out the middle line fixes it.
