Make it possible to remove document languages

I use a multi-language wiki. I use it to be able to specify the language of a page; it is very uncommon for us to write a single page in two languages. For some reason however a lot of pages have two versions; a small or mostly empty one in language A and the full one in language B. Why there are multiple versions is part of an ongoing investigation.

In the meantime however I have a lot of bad documents, and now and then it happens that people use the wrong language version (the short one) instead of the longer one.

I want to be able to delete not the entire document but just one of it's translations.

In retrospect it was probably a bad idea to use the multilanguage feature but I am afraid it's too late to switch back now..
