Cannot create a link to an attachment uploaded through XMLRPC

Running XWIKI ENTERPRISE 2.2.2.27483
-Edit a page and save it.
-select some text.
-choose in menu: link -> attached file
FIRST BUG: notice mouse and highlight not equal vertical position!
-choose tab
-select attachment on other existing page
SECOND BUG: result: "An error occurred while getting file information"
