Impossible to properly install XE from scratch

When you import the xar every pages are modified to have the current user as authot and content author which mean every pages have XWikiGuest as author...

As a workaround you can modify the package.xml file to change <backupPack>false</backupPack> into <backupPack>true</backupPack> or you have to enable superadmin and make sure to login to it before importing.

Either ways that's a regression since it's impossible to properly install with default XE war and xar like it used to be.
