Too many JAR dependencies for generating an id in IdGenerator

The encoding of the id make the rendering api to depends on 3 dependencies that produce something like 500k of dependency just for something that is not very difficult to do ourself.

It's ok for XWiki which already have all theses dependencies but not for someone who wants to use only rendering module.
