Account validation is impossible in private wikis without logging in first

Since checking "Prevent unregistered users from viewing pages" effectively prevents any page from being displayed, and since validating accounts is done through the XWiki.AccountValidation page, following the validation link from the email will not validate the account, since the page is not visible.
