    Description

      I have the following content in a page:

      #toc("" "" "")

1.1 Basic Features

      When I edit that page in wiki mode and save it, xwiki transforms it in:

      #toc("" "" "")
1.1 Basic Features

      The white line has been removed. This has the side effect of the header not working (which is in itself another bug I think).
