Add the ability to insert macros with a single click from the tool bar

Instead of going through the Insert Macro wizard and select the macro from a large list of macros, it would be better to be able to add buttons on the tool bar for the macro the user is using the most. This should be configurable and it should be possible to add a button for any macro that is available though the Insert Macro wizard.
