LiveTable Excel export

It is a common request to be able to export LiveTable data. It has been done on some custom livetable

Use Case 1:

• Use the live table
• Filter according to your preferences
• Only X lines are displayed
• Click the "Excel Export" button in the lower left part of the LiveTable
• Check if there are less than 2000 results to export (if not display a confirm message that the export might be slow/fail)
• Export to excel which would include:
  o The data displayed on screen
  o An additional column with the page name
  o An additional column with the URL
